Hi, I'm Jim!
I've spent my career helping businesses grow, nonprofits make a difference, and good people turn big ideas into reality.
From five-star hospitality at Sea Island's Cloister Hotel to executive leadership, fundraising, marketing, international humanitarian work, and events, my journey has always been about people, relationships, service, and making things happen.

The past couple of years have brought personal and professional challenges, unexpected changes, and lessons I never imagined. But they've also brought new beginnings, meaningful relationships, renewed hope, and a fresh perspective on what truly matters.
I haven't always gotten everything right. I've fallen short on commitments, and I know trust must be earned through actions, not words.
One conversation. One commitment. One completed project at a time.
A good friend once reminded me that one small stone can create a large ripple effect. That thought has stayed with me.
I want my work to help others create a lasting impact, whether that's helping a nonprofit serve another family, a business grow, or a leader bring a vision to life.
